В EventLog можно встретить часто повторяющуюся ошибку «An error occurred while using SSL configuration for endpoint 0.0.0.0:443.  The error status code is contained within the returned data.»  и с первого взгляда не понятно, что нужно делать.

Всё просто, нужно к сайту  0.0.0.0:443 привязать SSL сертификат.
